Shipping policy
We place great care in ensuring your order reaches you safely and seamlessly. All orders are shipped through trusted national courier services.
For deliveries within India, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price.
- Each piece is made to order and dispatched within 8–10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. For any urgent queries, kindly WhatsApp us at +91 9818689844.
- Our delivery partners operate between Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 7 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays. While we strive to meet the stated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or logistical disruptions.
- Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to follow its journey.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 20% advance payment is required to confirm your order. Our team will connect with you on WhatsApp once your order is placed. Kindly note, this amount is non-refundable. An additional charge of ₹150 applies to all COD orders.
- Custom sizes are crafted especially for you, and therefore require full advance payment with a 15% customization charge. As each piece is made to order, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
- In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative or provide store credit. If your order is delayed beyond two weeks from the expected delivery timeline, we will reach out to you to assist with the next steps.
