Return/ Exchange policy
Thank you for choosing Nighh. If anything isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help!
- Each piece is thoughtfully made to order. As a result, we do not accept returns. However, we’re happy to assist with size exchanges or alterations, subject to availability and feasibility. Exchanges are offered once per order.
- In case you would like an exchange, alteration, or if you receive a damaged product, we request you to inform us within 3 days of delivery. Requests raised beyond this window may not be accepted. Exchange or alteration requests will be accepted provided the product reaches us within 10 days of the registered request. For damaged or defective items, kindly share clear images or videos with us so we can review and assist you better.
- All products sent back to us must be unworn, unused, and with all tags intact. We reserve the right to decline requests if the product shows signs of use or damage not reported earlier.
- Custom-size orders are made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers are requested to self-ship the product to us for any exchange or alteration. Once received, we will process and dispatch the updated piece at our end.
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or return. We recommend referring to our size guide carefully before placing your order. For any assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
- If by chance you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. In such cases, any amount paid (including full payment or COD advance) will be issued as a store credit note, valid for 5 months from the date of issue, and can be used towards a future purchase.
